FAQs

Can Fruitables products be given to animals not listed on the label?

All Fruitables treats and supplements were specifically formulated for the species listed on the packaging and should not be used with any other species. Your veterinarian should be able to help you find appropriate products for your species of pet.

Can the Fruitables canned supplements be stored in the fridge after they have been opened? If so, how long are they good for?

Once our Fruitables canned supplements have been opened, they should be stored in the fridge for up to 7 days. The product can remain in the original container but should have something covering the opening to reduce exposure to air. You can also move the contents to an airtight container. Refrigeration does not prolong the shelf-life, and the product needs to be used before its best by date. *Our canned supplements refer to Fruitables Switch Food Transition Supplement, Fruitables Digestive Supplement, Fruitables Weight Loss Supplement, and Fruitables Digestive Supplement*

My pet has been diagnosed with an illness/disease; can I still give them Fruitables?

The health and safety of the animals we serve is our top priority. To ensure that our products are safe and fit within the parameters of your pet’s diet, it is best to consult your veterinarian. They have a better understanding of your pet’s health needs and can determine if Fruitables fits within the diet alongside their disease/illness.
